Supervised Visitation

Supervised visitation is defined as contact between a non-custodial parent and a child or children in the presence of a third person who is responsible for observing and ensuring the physical safety and emotional wellbeing of the children.

Our goal at Parent and Child, LLC is to provide a safe, positive visitation, that is stress-free and enjoyable visit for all parties. 

Our visitations usually occur at offsite locations, such as a play center, community center, mall, playground, etc. Some visitations can occur at the home. 

Supervised visitations are closely monitored by staff who may intervene when necessary to ensure appropriate parent/child interactions.

Our monitored exchange occurs at a neutral center where the parents pre-arrange times at which the parents exchange the child.

Staggered pick-up and drop-off times are usually arranged so parents are not in contact with each other. The actual exchange is monitored by our staff, who generally try to ease the process for the child.
